These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aeyonis’ website, applications, AI-powered legal drafting tools, document analysis systems, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Aeyonis, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

The Services are operated by Aeyonis LLC (“Aeyonis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must have authority to enter into binding agreements.

You must provide accurate registration information.

Use of the Services in violation of any applicable law is strictly prohibited.

3. Nature of Services – No Legal Advice

Aeyonis is a legal technology platform.

Aeyonis is not a law firm.

Aeyonis does not provide legal advice.

No attorney-client relationship is created.

AI-generated content is informational and drafting assistance only.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all generated documents before filing or reliance.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must immediately notify Aeyonis of unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

5. AI-Generated Content & Limitations

Aeyonis uses artificial intelligence systems to generate and analyze content.

AI output may contain inaccuracies.

Legal citations must be independently verified.

Generated documents may require attorney review.

AI responses are probabilistic and not guaranteed accurate.

Aeyonis disclaims liability for reliance on AI-generated content.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload unlawful or fraudulent content.

You agree not to submit documents without proper authorization.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the AI systems.

You agree not to use the platform for harassment, abuse, or criminal activity.

You agree not to circumvent authentication safeguards.

You represent that you have legal authority to upload and process any document submitted.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

If using paid features, fees are billed as stated at time of purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

No refunds except where required by law.

We may modify pricing with advance notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, AI architecture, workflows, code, and design elements are the intellectual property of Aeyonis.

Users retain ownership of documents they upload.

You grant Aeyonis a limited license to process your content solely to provide Services.

9. Confidentiality

We implement reasonable safeguards; however, transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.

Users are responsible for ensuring secure environments.

Enterprise users may execute separate confidentiality agreements.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim warranties of accuracy.

We disclaim fitness for a particular purpose.

We disclaim non-infringement.

We disclaim uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeyonis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeyonis from claims arising from misuse of Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeyonis from unauthorized document uploads.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeyonis from violation of law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeyonis from reliance on AI outputs without verification.

13. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.

No class actions permitted.

Venue: New Mexico.

Exceptions for intellectual property or injunctive relief.

Users may opt out within 30 days of first acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for legal compliance requirements.

You may terminate your account at any time.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
